- Site Access: Clients must maintain safe, unhindered access to plant rooms, distribution boards, and equipment areas during scheduled service shifts.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for operational disruptions resulting from natural calamities, civic emergencies, or regional utility failures.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from website use or preliminary proposals shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts presiding over the registered office of YIXORA Integrated Facility Management Solutions LLP at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (LLPIN: ACR-2395).
